1. Promotional Period. This promotion is available on new kitchen orders placed with us between 1 November 2026 and 30 November 2026.

2. Value of the promotion. The promotion includes one Quooker boiling water tap and tank up to a maximum retail value of £1,250, including VAT. For example, a Quooker Flex Round in Polished Chrome with a PRO3 tank.

3. Upgrades and extras. Any upgrades or additional extras, including alternative finishes such as Rose Copper, alternative tap models or tanks, and the Quooker CUBE, will be charged at the difference above the £1,250 included value.

4. How to secure the promotion. To secure the promotion during the Promotional Period, you must: 4.1 Sign a Sales Agreement on or before 30 November 2026; and 4.2 Pay a commitment deposit on or before 30 November 2026.

5. Retail orders only. The promotion applies to qualifying retail kitchen orders only, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative discount.

6. Use with other offers. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

7. Conditions of supply. The promotion is subject to product availability.

8. Changes to your order. Any changes to your order after the Promotional Period may result in the promotion no longer being applicable.
